Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd has adopted a new training programme for its finance specialists that uses advanced broadcasting technology.
‘E-onboarding’, which the company expects will help it make a leap in its digitisation progress, will provide the sales force opportunities to experience a cutting-edge online platform throughout their learning process.
Its use of digital technology helps reduce the training duration and synchronise classes.
Prudential is gradually completing its closed online process from recruitment via PruDaily app to remote consultation, automatic contract issuance, and processing.
The programme thus not only helps improve the sales force’s training and development practices but also plays a crucial role in the digitisation process taking place throughout the firm.
Prudential has been adopting digital solutions such as Matchbook, a tool that helps customers actively browse information and arrange meetings with company consultants, ePrudential, the first insurance e-commerce site in Việt Nam, PRUbot, a chatbot that offers 24/7 consultation, PRUeClaim, an online channel handling claim requests 24/7, and Pulse, a healthcare app. — VNS
