Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd (Prudential) has announced its business results for 2019 with strong growth across all key financial metrics.
The British company reported revenues of VND27.54 trillion (US$1.17 billion), including VND21.952 trillion ($936.3 million) from insurance operations, a year-on-year increase of 15.4 per cent.
Pre-tax profit-increased to VND 2.69 trillion ($114.7 million).
It settled claims worth VND6.257 trillion ($266.8 million).
The company’s total assets were valued at VND103.82 trillion ($4.4 billion) by the end of 2019, a year-on-year increase of 15.3 per cent. Its total investment into the economy was VND93.93 trillion ($4 billion), an increase of 15.2 per cent over 2018.
