Proptech company Propzy has set up a hub in HCM City’s District 11 to connect start-ups with companies in the finance, banking and property sectors.
Of the many programmes to be launched there will be Propzy Launch, a comprehensive support package for Vietnamese start-ups.
Another, Propzy Insights, will publish research and in-depth reports about the property market. Fire-tech Alliances will be a union of companies and other organisations in technology, finance, insurance, and property.
The 1,700sq.m hub is in the Flemington Building in District 11 with a 24-hour bar, gym and yoga area, a large dining room, and a conference room with a capacity of 100 - 120 for organising seminars and others.
At the opening ceremony late last week the company announced a programme to support start-ups in the “early stage.”
John Le, the founder of Propzy, said it would be in the fields of FIRE TECH (Finance, insurance, real estate, new technology AI, Blockchain, Robotics, AR-VR...) and help young start-up entrepreneurs navigate the first stage to perfect their services, products and business models and bring their products to the market.
The support will include a package with high-quality working facilities and consultancy in marketing, legacy and media services, which will enable them to connect with 20 experts and get seed funding.
