HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Some 90 per cent of apartment building block S2 of the Sun City Grand Thuy Khue Residence project was registered at the launch of the complex in Ha Noi.
The high-end commercial and accommodation project was officially launched on September 18.
Duong Thuy Dung, director of realty research and consultancy firm CBRE Viet Nam, believed the prime location, the short supply of luxury realty on the West Lake and the future potential of becoming a strategic area connecting the inner city and the rest of the north of Ha Noi had attracted investors.
Dung said by Q2 this year, the luxury apartment market had grown in the West Lake area, but less than 1,200 luxury apartments were available.
In addition, Dung said Tay Ho District is connecting the expansion of the north of the city through Nhat Tan Bridge and Vo Nguyen Giap Road to Noi Bai Airport. According to a recent plan of the city, Ha Noi is also building the Tu Lien Bridge to connect Tay Ho and Dong Anh Districts.
Located at No. 69B Thuy Khue Street, the project is considered to be situated in one of the greenest parts of the city, with fresh air wafting in from the West Lake and the Botanical Park.
According to Sungroup, the location is also close to popular trading areas, the old quarter, embassies and offices, as well as schools, hospitals, restaurants and parks, along with recreation and wellness services. In the future, it will be connected to the Metro Botanical Station.
Sungroup said 45 per cent of its area is designated for open zones, landscaping and public squares, while all the apartments have been designed and built as per international standards with expansive views.
There are four types of apartments measuring 57sq.m,. 90sq.m., 123sq.m. and 139sq.m. Customers can see samples of the finished interiors and designs in the model apartments, Sungroup said.
