HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Pizza Hut, the largest pizza chain in Viet Nam, announced on Wednesday that it has tied up with foodpanda Viet Nam to strengthen its delivery service.

Customers can now place orders via pizzahut.foodpanda.vn or foodpanda mobile application which is available at Apple store, Google Play store, and Android.

Tauriq Brown, co-founder and managing director of foodpanda Viet Nam, said: "foodpanda is committed to bringing a world class customer experience to Viet Nam that is complemented with great culinary variety via simple and easy food ordering methods."

To mark the deal, foodpanda is offering a promotion of a free salad for a pan pizza.

It also has similar agreements with other major international chains like KFC and Jollibee.

Since coming to Viet Nam in 2012 it has tied with around 1,000 restaurants to offer a range of foods at the same prices as listed by the restaurants. Delivery is free and available in five cities. — VNS
