Phuong Chau Healthcare Group, a local leading private obstetrics and pediatrics hospital group, on Tuesday officially launched its second In vitro fertilisation (IVF) Fertility Support centre in HCM City.
The second facility, also called IVF Phuong Chau Sai Gon, managed by IVF Phuong Chau, is located at the group’s Phuong Nam Hospital in HCM City’s District 7.
It provides reproductive health consulting services, diagnosis and treatment of infertility in both men and women according to Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) Quality standards and Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation guidelines.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Phuong Nam Hospital’s director Nguyen Hoang Tuan said IVF Phuong Chau Sai Gon is operated by a team of experts with experience to ensure that customers will receive the best care during treatment.
It is invested in the most modern IVF ISO 5 LAB facility in the country, applying the world's leading advanced AI, DATAsure and Timelapse technology.
The average cost of one IVF cycle is from VNĐ200 - VNĐ280 million (US$8,060-$11,290).
The rate of success of IVF at the hospital group is up to 79 per cent.

Dinh Anh Tuan, head of the Maternal and Child Health Department under the Ministry of Health, attended the event and highly appreciated the group's IVF investment, as well as targeting several customer segments to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Viet Nam’s health sector in general and infertility treatment in particular are not inferior to any others in the world, not only meeting the domestic market but also trying to reach international markets, Tuan said.
“This achievement is thanks to the Government’s socialisation policy in the health sector, and the pioneers in implementing the policy, like Phuong Chau Healthcare Group,” he said.
