Real-estate developer, Phu My Hung Development Corporation, late last week held a ceremony handing over condos at its The Peak project, a component of the Phu My Hung Midtown Complex.

The corporation said that although the real-estate market faced many difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they still ensured the construction progress of the project, and has handed over the condos to customers as promised in the contract. With the timely hand-over of The Peak, the Phu My Hung Development Corporation has affirmed its reputation of never being late in hand-overs for 30 years.

The corporation said that, to ensure pandemic prevention regulations, The Peak’s condo hand-over will be divided into two phases with each phase lasting 10 days. The first phase started from November 16 and the second phase will be in the first quarter of 2022.

In the ceremony, Phu My Hung announced a programme to support buyers during the COVID-19 period, in which buyers will be free of management charges for the first six months.

The corporation also signed co-operation contracts with 15 interior design partners, banks and electrical equipment suppliers to offer customers discounts of up to 50 per cent.

In another development, Phu My Hung announced that Savills Vietnam is the operation manager of The Peak.

The Peak is the final and the most advanced component of the Phu My Hung Midtown Complex. It includes two building blocks with a total of over 1,100 condos.

After being launched two years ago, The Peak heated up the market as it created sky villas which are penthouses, tophouses and condos in big sizes. After over two years, The Peak now has only 5 per cent of products left.

Midtown Complex started at the end of 2016 on an area of 6ha near the international financial district, trade centres, and The Crescent District in Phu My Hung City Centre.

The complex is a milestone for corporation because, for the first time, the corporation tied up with foreign investors from Japan to develop a housing project. — VNS
