The European-style show house of Aqua City in the southern province of Dong Nai opened last weekend, attracting thousands of visitors.

The show is meant to help customers easily imagine how Aqua City will be when it is completed.

The opening event featured many street performances, and more will be organised until the end of this year.

Aqua City is a modern eco-residential project that spreads over 1,000ha. Seventy per cent of it is dedicated to infrastructure, and a park, school, hospital, mall, five-star wharf, and sports centre each.

Aqua City is promising to bring big benefits to buyers since it is located in a junction between southern provinces. When the infrastructure is finished, it will take only 20 minutes from there to reach HCM City.

Since being introduced in the market in September 2019 Aqua City has heated up the property market and become a pioneer in eco-residential projects.

In another development, the developer announced to start to sell the new phase of the project, Phoenix South.

It is surrounded by rivers and has a good location that will bring prosperity, according to feng shui principles.

It has all amenities like a park, public square, school, hospital, and shopping area.

It has a diverse range of products like town houses, villas and shop houses. – VNS
