HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Real estate developer Novaland recently launched and started selling units at its Sài Gin Royal project in District 4 of HCM City.
Located on Bến Vân Đồn Street, the project is opposite the city's financial and trade centre and is surrounded by works with a long history, such as Mống Bridge. It is also near the HCM City Stock Exchange, a branch of State Bank of Việt Nam, and Bến Thành Market.
On an area of nearly 6,700sq.m, the project has two buildings. The first has 33 floors and four basements containing office-tels, apartments and a service area. The second building has office-tels and a service area on 18 floors, four basements.
It has many facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, restaurant and rooftop area. — VNS
