MM Mega Market innovates its own brand

MM Mega Market, one of the country’s leading retailers, has relaunched its own brand called ‘We Are Fresh’ in response to emerging consumer demands for healthy products post-COVID.

After five years in the market, We Are Fresh is being refined and promoted as having transparent traceability to control quality right from the farming stage.

The portfolio ranges from fresh foods, vegetables and fruits to bakery and products it imports directly.

Nguyen Van Phuc, a supplier in Lam Dong Province’s Don Duong District said: “I have collaborated with MM Mega Market for more than a decade. My family was able to quadruple the output thanks to technical assistance from MM Mega Market’s agronomists and quality control experts.”

MM operates five direct sourcing platforms for vegetables and fruits in Da Lat, fish in Can Tho, pork in Dong Nai and Ha Noi, and fruits in Tien Giang.

At these platforms, its agronomists work directly with farmers from the selection of farms to harvesting.
