Masterise Homes, a member of Masterise Group, held a topping out ceremony for the Lake on May 19, the first of eight branded residential towers at the Grand Marina, Saigon, Marriott’s largest branded residences project anywhere in the world.

The event marked an important milestone for the Grand Marina, a new benchmark for ultra-luxury residential products in Vietnam.

“Today is an important milestone for the Grand Marina, Saigon, project,” Mahdi Samhouri, deputy head of project development, Masterise Homes, said.

“The Lake introduces the first-ever branded apartments in the Vietnamese market, offering a new benchmark for ultra-luxury residential products.”

Located in the heart of downtown HCM City, the 47-storey Lake is also the first tower in the Grand Marina and is expected to be completed in May 2022.

The building will be handed over in the first quarter of 2023.

A large number of Marriott branded apartments in the Lake have already been sold, including a penthouse duplex on the 45th floor with an area of nearly 240 square meters.

With the aim of maximising customer support, the developers are currently offering a preferential financial scheme by subsidising interest rates and providing a grace period of up to 12 months.

Besides branded luxury apartments, the Lake also offers world-class facilities ranging from a boardroom and swimming pool to cinemas, a club lounge, gymnasium, and kids’ play area.
