Masan Group Corporation has appointed Do Thi Quynh Trang as Group CFO in place of Michael H. Nguyen.
Nguyen will continue as deputy CEO of Masan Group. An executive with six years’ experience in strategy and development and seven years as CFO, he will focus on strategic initiatives, capital markets and investor relations.
He will particularly focus on IPO initiatives and lead projects.
Before joining Masan, Trang had 17 years of experience in finance and accounting, holding important positions like CFO and audit and advisory director at large listed firms and Big 4 firms.
She will be responsible for developing strategy and managing Masan Group’s finances.
Doan My Duyen, the company’s chief accountant, has been named deputy CFO to take on an expanded and more strategic role not only covering financial reporting but also other key areas of corporate finance.
Nguyen Huy Hung takes over as chief accountant.
