Marriott International, Inc. has signed a deal with Vinpearl, Viet Nam’s largest hospitality and leisure chain, to manage an additional seven of its hotels and resorts, comprising more than 2,500 rooms, mostly in the important tourism hubs of Viet Nam.

These seven hotels and resorts add to eight other hotels announced in 2022, when Marriott first entered into agreements with Vinpearl. With the collaboration, Vinpearl will have the most Marriott-managed hotels and resorts in Viet Nam.
“This signing marks another milestone in our collaboration with Vinpearl,” said Rajeev Menon, president, Asia Pacific Excluding China for Marriott International.
“With new locations earmarked in important tourism hubs such as Da Nang and Nha Trang, our anticipated inaugural resort in the popular cultural town of Hoi An, and the anticipated first internationally branded five-star hotel in Bac Ninh, we are well-positioned to meet Viet Nam’s diverse hospitality needs in primary, secondary and tertiary destinations,” he said.

They include Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa, Hon Tre Island with 829 rooms, Renaissance Hoi An Resort & Spa, expected to be a vibrant, design-led resort following a strategic rebranding and marks Marriott International’s entry into Hoi An, and Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, Non Nuoc Beach Villas.
Four new hotels and resorts comprising more than 1,200 rooms are expected to open by 2028, including the Bac Ninh Marriott Hotel, which is expected to open in 2026 with 275 rooms.
