M Village Joint Stock Company has opened two Signature By M Village lifestyle hotels with a total of 200 rooms in downtown HCM City that seek to offer an experiential and unique accommodation model for young people.
Several recent surveys have found that Millennials and Gen Z will account for 30 per cent of the workforce in Viet Nam by 2025.
Born in the era of booming technology, these young people have a flexible lifestyle and look for new, personalised and cost-effective accommodation services as a means to get some valuable experience.
The Signature By M Village model will thus enable them to not only travel and enjoy its utilities but also experience the interference of local and global cultures.
Nguyen Hai Ninh, CEO of M Village, said each Signature hotel has its own story associated with local identities, from location to architecture, and various cultural stories.
Signature Le Thanh Ton is located in the heart of the city where Japanese cuisine converges with colorful East Asian culture.

“We hope that in Signature guests will have the most authentic and enjoyable experience,” Ninh said.
M Village is expected to open 20 more hotels with 1,200 rooms this year, a fourfold increase from 2022.
Ha Noi will be the next destination for M Village’s expansion in the third quarter of this year.
