The Viet Nam – ASEAN Association for Economic Co-operation Development organised the forum on adapting to the fourth industrial revolution.
Companies honoured at this award play an important role in promoting the image of the country and people of Viet Nam, and this is also an opportunity for domestic businesses to exchange and meet partners in the ASEAN economic community and ASEAN +3.
Among the top 80 enterprises, Lee & Man Paper Viet Nam is the only paper enterprise to receive the award, for its important contributions to ASEAN and global economic development.
Patrick Chung, General Director of Lee & Man, said that as a leading enterprise in the field of papermaking with recycled materials in Viet Nam, Lee & Man always wanted to promote the development of high-quality paper production to suit the economic context and technology shift.
The company focused on applying advanced and modern technology to production lines, making a significant contribution to Viet Nam's GDP, said the director.
In addition, it also focused on local socio-economic development through policies for sustainable development, social security and welfare for employees and the community, he added. — VNS
