Software development and testing company KMS Technology opened its sixth office in the central city of Da Nang on Monday (December 16).
It seeks to expand business in the central region, starting with the office in Da Nang City and an initial plan to hire a team of around 100 engineers.
At first, the company plans to focus on offering software development and testing services to partners in the US.
It will build resources for potential future projects, offering high-quality career opportunities for IT talent in the central region.
KMS Technology Vietnam was founded in 2009 by a team of IT veterans who pioneered software outsourcing services in the US market in two main areas: offshore product development and software testing.
After 10 years of serving clients and customers mainly in the US, the company is now focused on Viet Nam as one of its strategic markets in Asia for services and solutions for digital transformation, data analytics and AI-powered supply chains.
On the occasion, it awarded scholarships worth VND200 million (US$8,600) to IT students in the central region. — VNS
