HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — A free consultative event on the EB-5 immigrant investor programme in the US will be organised in HCM City this Saturday, with the participation of American lawyer Cindy Jen who has had 15 years of experience working with the programme.
Organised by Orient and Pacific Viet Nam, the event will offer information to immigrant Vietnamese investors who want to apply for EB-5 visas that permit investment in businesses in the US.
During the event, Jen and organisers will provide information about legal issues and how to quickly process visas in the EB5 programme.
Orient and Pacific Viet Nam is the representative entity of Fragomen Worldwide and Lucky's Market in Viet Nam.
Fragomen Worldwide is a major law firm which has processed thousands of EB5 applications.
Lucky's Market, a supermarket chain, has 10 supermarkets with 1,300 staff.
A similar event was organised in Ha Noi last week.
The EB5 visa was created in 1990 to stimulate the US economy through job creation and capital investment.
