Wil'que, a hybrid hotel project by Singaporean real estate developer Antara Koh Development (AKDV) debuted in Hà Nội last week.
Wil'que, meaning "Escape from Reality" in German, aims to deliver modern and dynamic accommodation for travellers at an affordable price. The brand's distinguished benefits include shared common living spaces within their properties and a short travel distance from major Hà Nội's tourism and nightlife hotspots.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Bernard Seet, Managing Director of AKDV, said the brand hopes to deliver the best experiences, convenience, community spirit and cultural exploration to all customers, whether they travel for work or leisure.
With the rise in popularity of co-living, especially among younger generations Wil'que strives to optimise costs and, at the same time, create opportunities for travellers to connect and meet new friends. Centred around building a community spirit and ensuring privacy for all customers, the spaces at Wil’que are intricately and intelligently designed while providing all the amenities to connect, interact, and experience.
AKDV plans to bring Wil'que's capacity to 300 rooms by the end of 2025 with multiple locations across the country with the first hotel to open its doors in Hà Nội by the end of the year. — VNS
