Hoan My Medical Corporation on Wednesday announced the acquisition of Hanh Phuc International Hospital in the southern province of Binh Duong.
The acquisition expands the Hoan My network to 13 hospitals and five clinics.
As one of the leading private hospitals specialising in obstetrics, gynaecology and paediatrics, Hanh Phuc brings advanced knowledge and technology to the network’s general hospitals, Huynh Le Duc, general director of Hoan My, said.
Hanh Phuc would develop new specialities to provide a comprehensive range of healthcare for women and children, he said.
The 260-bed Hanh Phuc opened in 2011. —VNS
