Nutrition company Herbalife Vietnam collaborated with Life and Health Newspaper to organise the eWellness Tour on healthy nutrition and active lifestyles on December 27, 2021.

This was part of the company’s Get Moving with Good Nutrition campaign, which aims to encourage good nutrition and lifestyle habits among various communities in the country.

The e-tour’s agenda covered presentations on Active Lifestyles and Healthy Heart; Nutrition and Body Resistance; Nutrition and Physical Exercise; and Nutrition and Needs from Different Consumer Groups, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A.

“We are delighted to cooperate with Life and Health Newspaper to organise this online event to raise people’s awareness of the importance of good nutrition and physical exercise for healthy, active living, and provide them with greater access to nutrition and health knowledge," said Vu Van Thang, general manager for Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia.

"The Wellness Tour programme is part of our on-going efforts to work with leading nutrition experts and health organisations to roll out initiatives on public nutrition education and training, to help people live healthier lives in the long haul.”

The Get Moving with Good Nutrition campaign is a region-wide initiative by Herbalife Nutrition to help Asia Pacific consumers break their bad health habits, adopt healthy active living habits, and foster communities that support their healthy living journeys.

Earlier, aligned with the Get Moving with Good Nutrition campaign, Herbalife Vietnam, the Vietnam Sports Administration and the Vietnam Olympic Committee jointly launched the 'Let’s Exercise for a Healthy and Happy Vietnam' programme to encourage local people to exercise more often to live healthier lives. — VNS
