HDBank was recently honoured with the 2022 Special Recognition Award - Crystal Trophy from Wells Fargo Bank, one of the largest lenders in the US with a history of 171 years, for its outstanding achievements in international payments.
The Wells Fargo Award is based on Straight Through Processing (STP) criteria and comprehensive quality standards such as transaction processing speed, process compliance and safe and seamless transaction settlement.
Achieving an STP rate of over 99.9 per cent in international payments without manual intervention underlines HDBank’s modern technology and professionalism of its staff.
HDBank has won other top awards.
They include one from the New York-headquartered JP Morgan for its excellence in international payment quality for years in a row.
In 2022 HDBank won the Elite Quality Recognition Award for achieving an STP rate of 100 per cent in MT202 EUR.
These awards from the world's leading financial institutions are testament to HDBank's prestige in the field of international payments.

By investing heavily in technology infrastructure, HDBank has been developing more services to meet the increasingly diverse needs of domestic and foreign customers in import and export activities such as eLC and e TT online services for customers.
HDBank has extensive international payment operations through its more than 310 agents who are financial institutions, and co-operation with many leading Vietnamese and international partners, and its international payment services quality is recognised also by other leading lenders such as Deutsche Bank, Citibank, BHF, and ANZ.
Last year HDBank reported its best ever results with pre-tax profits exceeding VND10 trillion ($427.4 million) for the first time and assets rising to an all-time high of more than VND416 trillion ($17.8 billion).
It also achieved a 53 per cent increase in service revenues last year, thanks to its unceasing efforts to adopt modern technologies in services and products, including international payment services, and digitising processes to meet customers’ diversified demands and deliver a greater customer experience.
A pioneer in the digital era and among the leading lenders in Viet Nam, HDBank constantly innovates and develops new and innovative products that match market trends.
