HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — The Landmark, the first serviced apartment-office complex in HCM City, has undergone a complete renovation on the occasion of its 20th anniversary.
Its operator, the Peninsula Group, said there are now 65 furnished, fully-equipped studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and more than 10,000sq.m of high-class office space.
Also to celebrate the birthday, Landmark has awarded employees who have been there since the beginning.
The 20,000sq.m property on Ton Duc Thang Street in District 1 is a joint venture between Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels and the Ministry of Defense-owned Foreign Relations Service Company. — VNS
