HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Lotte Mart Vietnam on behalf of Lotte Group and Lotte Scholarship Foundation on October 13 awarded scholarships worth nearly US$10,000 to 50 outstanding students at eight HCM City universities.
The recipients study at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Economics of HCM City, Finance and Marketing University, University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology, University of Food Industry, Nong Lam University, Hoa Sen University, and Ton Duc Thang University.
More than 1,500 outstanding students in Việt Nam and some other ASEAN member countries have benefited from the Lotte Scholarship Foundation's largesse since 2008, getting more than VND20 billion ($896,860).
The scholarship beneficiaries will also have the opportunity to work for Lotte Group after graduation. — VNS
