HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — More than 300 Vietnamese and foreign executives participated in a forum in HCM City on Thursday to discuss leadership during a period of global integration.
Experts in the subject and the executives, who shared their lessons on how to become a good leader, said Viet Nam should further develop women leaders.
Now, for instance, only 24 per cent of the National Assembly and People's Council are woman members against a national target of 35 per cent.
The forum was organised by the HCM City Association for Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (HAWEE).—VNS
