The "European Lifestyle Manifesto" exhibition has opened in HCM City, showcasing world-class furniture and art products to Vietnamese customers.
It is part of the Master Art Space series, a collection of art activities curated by housing developer Masterise Homes.
The event, from October 14 to 22, will for the first time in Việt Nam show off the famous Dolce & Gabbana Casa and ELIE SAAB Maison furniture brands.
There will be several workshops and talk shows with European experts, and visitors can purchase European furniture at up to 30 per cent discounts.
"We are honoured to join our partner MODALE in bringing branded furniture to Việt Nam,” Linton Borthwick, head of customer services at Masterise Homes, said.
Dolce & Gabbana and ELIE SAAB have already made their mark in the Vietnamese market though their furniture have yet to sell in the country.
Visitors to the exhibition have the opportunity to buy them for the first time in Việt Nam.
The furniture collections are showcased amid a visual art exhibition designed by the creative team at ELLE Decoration in collaboration with Vietnamese artists and creative groups.
Inspired by European artisans' craftsmanship, particularly in glass painting and glass art, the artists have blended photography and videography to create a tapestry of light, color and culture and a visually captivating experience.
Following the exhibition, the furniture will be displayed at MODALE's flagship showroom.
There will be two talk shows, "The World of Fashion Furniture" and "Interior Styling," featuring European experts and guest designer Lê Thanh Hoà.
There will be a workshop titled "European Living" on decorating banquet tables led by designer Cheng Bảo Phương, and "Handmade Leather" and "Italian coffee" curated by other experts. — VNS
