Hanwha Life Vietnam has been honoured with ‘Reliable Insurance Services 2021’ at the Golden Dragon Award for its groundbreaking efforts in the journey of digital transformation and providing the best experience for customers.
This is the 8th year that the company has been honoured to receive the prestigious award - which honours FDI enterprises with outstanding contributions to Viet Nam’s economy and society.
This year’s 21st Golden Dragon Award with the theme “Resource convergence for promoting green growth and sustainable development” was co-organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Vietnam Economic Times magazine.

With the mission of “Providing customer-centric service and solutions,” Hanwha Life Viet Nam has constantly researched, developed and diversified insurance products, in which the top priority is the health and safety of customers.
In 2021, the company launched two riders of health insurance products with reasonable costs, being well-designed for most people, meeting the needs of healthcare and hospital stays, such as: “Medical Reimbursement Rider” and “Hospital Income Rider.”
Not only focusing on investing in developing superior products to serve customers, over the past year, Hanwha Life Vietnam has also made efforts to digitise transformation amid the pandemic with many breakthrough projects such as LIME, LIME Pro, and new brand positioning, bringing more added value to customers, as well as quick and timely insurance payments.
By the end of 2021, Hanwha Life Vietnam has paid total insurance benefits of up to VND286 billion to nearly 36,000 customers across the country. — VNS
