HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — On the first day of its fourth phase of sales Green Valley apartment project in Phu My Hung has sold 56 out of 69 units on offer.

According to the developer, the Phu My Hung Development Corporation, 30 per cent of customers have bought the apartments as long-term investment to lease out or bequeath to their children.

Green Valley has seen excellent demand, with more than 80 per cent of the units on offer being sold on first day of each phase.

Construction, which began in March, is planned to be finished in 2016 with 546 apartments, shops, a swimming pool, and landscaped flower gardens.

This is the first apartment project in the Medical Campus District in the Phu My Hung urban area. Its four 20- to 27-floor blocks are spread over an area of 14,500sq.m and have been designed by Germany's Korn Architects. — VNS
