HCM CITY (Biz Hub) – The Phu My Hung Development Corporation said that it has sold 80 per cent of units in the second phase of its Green Valley apartment project.
It happened right on the opening morning 10 days ago when it offered 106 units for sale.
Green Valley is located in the Phu My Hung Urban Area in District 7, HCM City, and has a total area of 14,500sq.m. It has four apartment blocks ranging from 20 to 27 floors.
There will be 546 units in all ranging from 87sq.m to over 120 sq.m.
The developers have offered many promotions and support to attract customers.
They have sold around 94 per cent of the apartments in the first phase since sales began in March. — VNS
