Grab, a ride-hailing firm, hasannounced that it will offer a food-delivery service called GrabKitchen that will initially be trialled in Thu Duc District inHCM City.

Under the new service, GrabKitchen will includepopularrestaurants and food-selling shops on GrabFood app with the aim of serving local consumers more easily.

To help them attract more customers,Grab said that itwouldgive sellers help withvenues andinfrastructure. in addition, the servicewillhelp delivery time.

The trial is now running in Thu Duc District of HCM City and willthen be expanded in other areas.

The model will make adjustments andofficially begin operating in the country in the time to come, the company said, adding that to use the service, people shouldgo to GrabKitchen category on GrabFood app.

Grab said it aimed to offer better services tomeet the increasing demands of Vietnamese consumers.
