A giant new shopping complex, Van Hanh Mall, has opened in HCM City’s District 10.
The mall, built at a cost of VND1 trillion ($44 million) by Bac Binh Construction Investment and TANAMEXCO, has leased out space at US$30-60 per square metre.
The 90,000sq.m mall has seven floors with a parking lot rising from the basement to the fifth floor with space for 3,000 bikes and 350 automobiles.
It has already leased out over 90 per cent of its space to 200 local and international brands in all segments including Starbucks, Phuc Long, Highlands Coffee, Sushi Kei, Bata, Triumph, G2000, Charles , and Keith and Doji.
It also has a CGV multiplex cinema and PowerBowl amusement centre. Co-opXtra, a giant retailer who has leased space in the mall, brings 50 other brands to customers.
Tran Le Nguyen, chairman of the Bac Bình Construction’s members’ council, said the most prestigious brands and best services have been carefully chosen to satisfy customers.
