Generali Vietnam in collaboration with the National Fund for Vietnamese Children (NFVC) inaugurated a new branch of Phu Loc kindergarten in Loc Thai Hamlet, Phu Loc Commune, Krong Nang District, Dak Lak Province on November 1.

The new kindergarten is funded by the “Tiep buoc em den truong” (Supporting the Children’s Steps to School) initiative jointly organised by Generali Vietnam and the NFVC.

Immediately put into operation in the academic year 2022-2023, the school includes a fully equipped classroom building, a standard playground, sanitation area, and other classroom equipment.

On this occasion, to promote the love for reading and help the kindergarten children to develop positive reading habits from a young age, Generali and its partners also gifted a ‘mini library’ with hundreds of books and reading materials.

“Investing in children’s health and education is always a top priority for families and society. We hope that the new kindergarten featuring a spacious, safe, clean and well-equipped learning environment will help shape a brighter future for our children,” said Generali Vietnam CEO Tina Nguyen.

Tiep buoc em den truong” is part of Generali Group’s Human Safety Net Global Challenge 2022 with the participation of more than 2,500 Generali volunteers from across 23 countries helping more than 5,000 parents and children all over the world. — VNS
