Tina Nguyen took over the CEO position from Chung Ba Phuong, who has moved to Hong Kong to become General Manager for Generali's businesses in Hong Kong.
Before joining Generali Vietnam, Tina Nguyen held various senior leadership roles in Prudential Vietnam. She possesses over 20 years of international experience in the financial and life insurance sector in North America (USA, Canada) and in Asia (Hong Kong, Viet Nam). She started her career at Ernst & Young and holds a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
