Generali Vietnam Life Insurance LLC (“Generali Vietnam”) launched a Q&A function named GenXPlain on its digital health ecosystem GenVita.
GenXPlain enables users to ask Generali anything related to insurance, such as products and services, terms and conditions, health issues and claim process.
Like all other features on GenVita, GenXPlain is provided completely free of charge to Generali customers and any GenVita users. One year after its official launch, GenVita has attracted more than 5 million users with tens of thousands of daily visits and interactions.
“GenXPlain, featuring plain, simple language and an effective online interaction approach, offers added values to Generali’s existing customers, as well as useful information and knowledge to the community,” said Generali Vietnam CEO Tina Nguyen.
GenVita is a digital health ecosystem developed by Generali Vietnam, offering free services to its customers and the community. Apart from enabling users to research, buy and manage insurance policies online, GenVita also provides useful and reliable information on health and finance topics and encourages its users to look after their health.
