Generali Vietnam Life Insurance LLC (“Generali Vietnam”) officially launched premium collection service via Vietcombank’s VCB Digibank, enabling customers to make safe and secure online payments anytime, anywhere, and completely free of charge.

In addition, Generali Vietnam has also upgraded its premium payment service via 7,000 Payoo accepted convenience stores, supermarkets, technology stores, allowing customers to receive real-time SMS notifications from Generali upon completing payment transactions at any Payoo accepted stores.

Additionally, customers interested in buying VITA – Song Nhu Y (VITA – Live the Life You Desire) health insurance online will have the option to make offline payment afterwards at Payoo accepted stores.

“With just a few clicks on a mobile device or taking a few steps to the nearest Family Mart, Circle K or FPT Shop, Generali customers can now make their premium payments in a fast, simple and secure manner. To make an online payment via VCB Digibank, customers with an existing Vietcombank account can simply log in to VCB Digibank on their computer or mobile device, go to “Bill payment”, then “Insurance fee”, and select Generali Vietnam Life Insurance LLC.

Generali Vietnam’s latest upgrade to the payment service via Payoo allows Generali customers to receive real-time SMS notifications upon completing payment transactions at any of the 7,000 Payoo accepted convenience stores, supermarkets, technology stores, etc., such as Family Mart, Circle K, Lotte Mart and FPT Shop, offering customers greater peace of mind. — VNS
