The Fusion Original Saigon Centre in HCM City, the first Fusion Originals hotel, will welcome guests this month.
Located in Saigon Centre above the Takashimaya Shopping Mall, the property’s 99 accommodation units occupy 10 floors in one of the city’s largest and most fashionable mixed-use developments.
With panoramic views of District 1, the property is in the centre of the city's vibrant commercial and tourist area.
Fusion Hotel Group has said it has big plans for the Fusion Originals brand, and is now exploring multiple locations across the country. Like the Saigon Centre property, they will be designed to capture local fashion and culture.
“We plan to aggressively grow the Fusion Originals and other portfolio brands and investment initiatives as the travel market rebounds strongly in Viet Nam and Southeast Asia,” Christopher Hur, president of Lodgis, the owning company, said.
Fusion Original is one of eight brands under the Fusion umbrella.
The hotel group recently acquired Thailand’s GLOW Hotels & Resorts and now has more than 4,000 rooms in Viet Nam and Thailand. — VNS
