An event called French Week at Big C began at the supermarket’s outlets around the country on December 10 as part of the French Month in Viet Nam.
During the week, consumers will have the chance to experience French products such as wine, traditional breads, jams, butter, cheese, beef and cosmetics.
Big C is offering a discount of 20 per cent on average on all French products besides attractive gifts like a shopping bag and hat.
Organised by Central Group Vietnam and the supermarket chain, the event will run until December 17.
French Month in Viet Nam features five main activities: a photo exhibition in Ha Noi from October 28 to November 30, a French food festival in HCM City from November 10 to 12, and an exhibition of French products at the Vietnam Expo in HCM City from November 15 to 18 besides French Week at Big C. — VNS
