FLC Hạ Long Bay Golf Club & Luxury Resort will officially be launched this Sunday in north-eastern Quang Ninh Province’s Ha Long City.

This is the first time that FLC Group, the investor, cooperated with agents of Diamond Invest Holding, Nguyen Minh and Trueland to provide information on its construction progress and consultancy on suitable products to customers.

Encompassing an area of 224ha, the VND3.4 trillion (US$151 million) project will have an 18-hole golf course, an international convention centre, a five -star hotel and a high-end resort. This is the only five-star resort on a hill that is located in the city’s centre with a view of Ha Long Bay.

The project will offer more than 260 golf course villas on a hill – the first of its kind in the city’s real estate market -- along with hotel apartments.

The villas, with high-end interiors, will each have 2-3 floors, with areas of 300sq.m., 600sq.m. and 1,500sq.m. Notably, all the villas will have their own swimming pools.

FLC Ha Long Bay Golf Club & Luxury Resort will also have many categories of spiritual and meditation areas, an indoor wine cellar, an 18-hole golf course designed by Schmidt Curley and a 1,500 seat international convention, as well as Asian and European restaurants, bars, a spa and a fitness centre. — VNS
