The first Eurosphere – European Art of Living exhibition opened yesterday at Gem Center in HCM City’s District 1.
The two-day event features 80 European brands in fashion and accessories, gourmet food and beverages, perfumery and cosmetics, interior design and automotive goods.
The highlights of Eurosphere include the presentation of the EU delegation to Viet Nam about the recently signed EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement, and a conference on fashion and the luxury industry headed by Donald Potard, chairman of the fashion department of the Paris College of the Art.
Speakers from Eurocham Myanmar, EU-Indonesia Business Network, Eurocham Cambodia and EU-Philippines Business Network are giving speeches about the potential to expand regionally from Viet Nam.
Many meetings are being held between European businesses and local partners aiming to distribute and expand European products in Viet Nam.
Organised by the EU-Vietnam Business Network, Eurosphere is expected to attract around 3,500 large importers, distributors, retailers, hospitality specialists, interior decor designers, fashion designers and policy makers. VNS
