MB Ageas Life Insurance Company Limited (MB Ageas Life) and Doctor Anywhere Vietnam Joint Stock Company (DA Vietnam) announced a partnership to provide comprehensive healthcare services to MB Ageas Life's customers on May 23.
According to the agreement, MB Ageas Life's customers will enjoy special benefits such as Medical Secretaries to assist VIP customers with procedures at hospitals and clinics during the initial medical examination; free Online Consultation with a doctor on the Doctor Anywhere mobile app; and medication purchase and doorstep delivery at DA Pharmacy.
This agreement's most prominent new feature is the health check-up for VIP customers of MB Ageas Life. Accordingly, a medical secretary accompanies and assists with the examination procedures for the insured during the initial medical examination. With the companion of the DA medical secretary during the visit, the customer's experience at the hospital shall be much simpler and more convenient.
The health checkup is sent to customers and, at the same time, stored on the E-Medical Record System. All information is kept synchronised and secured for easier monitoring, updating and searching. In addition, based on health screening results, customers can receive advice on appropriate nutrition, exercise, and activities from a specialised individual doctor or a specialist on the Doctor Anywhere mobile app.

Since 2021, MB Ageas Life, through their strategic partner Doctor Anywhere Vietnam, has brought benefits and incentives to existing customers. It is calculated that 15,000 customers successfully activated the service through the programme.
