Doctor Anywhere Vietnam JSC (Doctor Anywhere) and Post and Telecommunication Insurance JSC (PTI) will work together in bringing accessible and convenient healthcare experience to PTI's customers as part of a strategic co-operation agreement signed on Thursday.
Under framework of the collaboration, the healthcare ecosystem of Doctor Anywhere (DA) will support PTI to enhance healthcare experience for its customers at favourable quotations. Vice versa, PTI becomes a crucial and promising partner to broaden DA branding to a large number of Vietnamese people, thus contributing to the 100,000-user milestone of DA in 2021.
"The comprehensive collaboration with DA Vietnam confirms PTI's unceasing efforts in bringing a variety of products and distribution channels, trying our best to meet customer's needs with extra added values. We believe that the prosperous picture in which information technology takes place in the digital world and DA's background in healthcare insurance will contribute to both parties' lucrative business in the near future,” said PTI vice director Nguyen Kim Lan at the signing ceremony.
The cooperation assures the two sides’ credibility, positive image and practical advantages within the field, especially in the COVID-19 period. With the power of technology and innovation, healthcare services can be better distributed in the country, easing congestion on hospitals and doctors, making quality healthcare services more accessible and affordable for all people as well as to simplify all medical procedures for patients.

Founded in Singapore in 2015, Doctor Anywhere entered Viet Nam late last year. The application connects doctors and users through video calls. After one year of development, DA Vietnam has more than 50,000 users with an average of 3,000 calls made per month along with an electronic medical record system monitoring more than 10,000 customers. Established in 1998, PTI has become one of Viet Nam's leading non-life insurance enterprises that provides over 100 insurance products of all purposes to both individual and organisational customers. — VNS
