Singaporean housing developer CapitaLand Development has said its first residential project in HCM City’s District 4, De La Sol, will be delivered to customers starting next month (November).
They would receive their apartments in fully finished condition, it said.
With 870 one- to three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, the project offers a variety of living options.
The condos range in size from 60sq.m to 197sq.m.
De La Sol is also one of the first developments in the city to feature dual- and triple-key units that offer homeowners hybrid and private spaces.
The former is suitable for those who want to stay or rent out their apartments, while the latter is ideal for families with multiple generations.
The project offers more than 50 facilities.
“CLD has been in Việt Nam for nearly three decades, and has developed a diversified portfolio of many asset classes and over 12,000 quality homes across 16 residential projects,” Ronald Tay, CEO of CapitaLand Vietnam.
De La Sol is in a district considered CBD Lite and one which has a full list of amenities from schools, hospitals and amusement parks to shopping, entertainment and dining.
It has already won awards at the prestigious PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards including the best high-end condo development in HCM City, best green development, best high-end condo landscape architectural design, and best condo interior design. — VNS
