HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Cushman & Wakefield announced yesterday that it would acquire Singapore-based project management specialist company, the Project Solution Group (PSG).

Chris Brown, country manager for Viet Nam, said that with the addition of the PSG team in Viet Nam and the additional skill sets and services they bring, the company now offered even stronger services for clients.

"This acquisition represents a key milestone in the continuing strengthening of our Asia Pacific operations," said Carlo Sant'Albano, Cushman & Wakefield's executive chairman.

The acquisition follows Cushman & Wakefield's announcement earlier this year that it had expanded its operations into Taiwan and Philippines with office openings in Taipei and Manila.

Headquartered in Singapore, PSG operates from 14 offices in 12 countries, with more than 70 staff throughout Asia and Middle East.

Richard Middleton, executive managing director of the Cushman & Wakefield's Corporate Occupier and Investor Services in Asia-Pacific, said with this acquisition, the company is now able to offer three distinctive services, including design through its own in-house design team, as well as a full turn-key solution. — VNS
