HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) Vietnam announced the appointment of Alex Crane as the new general manager of the company.
Having been in Vietnam for the past 4 years, Alex brings over 12 years' experience to the role, having started his career in a multi-disciplinary advisory firm in the United Kingdom. Crane previously held the position as Director of Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) for C&W in Vietnam.
Under Crane's leadership, C&W's TAG team have achieved the highest market share of significant office transactions and advised on 3 of the 6 largest office transactions in Vietnam last year.
Crane said "there is an extremely bright future ahead for C&W in Vietnam as we power through to our 100th anniversary in 2017."—VNS
