Co.opmart to ensure genuine customers buy sharply discounted products

HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Since Co.opmart usually collaborates with brands to offer promotions, many products sold by the supermarket chain are priced much lower than market rates.

Many products are being sold at sharp discounts from earlier to the end of this week at Co.opmart and Co.opXtra supermarkets nation-wide.

Specifically, under the "Vietnamese Goods at Same Prices" promotion from now to September 11, a wide range of products like cucumber, cabbage, fish sauce, confectionary, fresh milk, instant coffee, canned litchi, dried beef, shampoo, kitchen utensils, floor cleansing liquid and male and female fashion items will be sold at prices starting at VND9,000.

Under the "special prices" programme from next Friday to Sunday, household appliances and garment and textile products will be discounted by VND70,000-700,000 when a customer buys for a minimum of VND400,000.

On September 9, the price of a set of three Mollis Z5 towels will be cut by VND70,000 to VND129,900, Thang Loi cotton blankets will be discounted by VND255,000-321,000 depending on size.

Besides, 32 cm Supor non-stick pans will have their prices discounted by VND119,000, Sanko induction cookers by VND680,000, and Tano plastic cabinets by VND230,000.

On Saturday (September 10) Miti travel bags will see their prices reduce by VND134,000, Hometex cotton bed cover by VND316,000-350,000, Midea cooker by VND304,000, a set a three Supor pots with glass cover by VND261,000, and a set of Ombo house cleanser by VND241,000.

On Sunday (September 11) Mr Vui plastic suitcases will be discounted by VND251,000-276,000, a set of three Rong Viet non-stick pots and pan by 220,000, and a set of Tithafac stainless steel hotpot cookware by VND99,000.

According to a Co.opmart spokesperson, the supermarket has applied measures to prevent people from buying the sharply discounted products for reselling to ensure the products reach Co.opmart and Co.opXtra customers. — VNS
