In response to the HCM City Department of Industry and Trade’s ‘Shopping Season’ programme, Saigon Co.op has rolled out a big promotion programme at its Co.opmart, Co.opXtra, and Co.op Food chains from November 10 to 23 with discounts of up to 65 per cent on 6,500 products.
Products such as earthen pots, infrared cookers, glass jars, mop sets, towels, bedsheets, pillows, blankets, shower gels, toothbrushes, washing powders, and laundry detergents have their prices discounted by 50-65 per cent.
Besides, customers with bills worth over VND300,000 (US412) during weekends can buy Clear shampoo, Hazeline shower gel, Lix dishwashing liquid, Head&Shoulders shampoo, Surf liquid detergent, Downy/Comfort fabric softener, Supor rice cooker, Goldsun super speed kettle, Lock&Lock mop set, cotton bed sets, and Co.op Finest ST25 rice at 37 - 50 per cent discounts under a Super Sales programme.
Fresh food products including cattle and poultry meat, vegetables and fruits are discounted by 15- 20 per cent.
Customers will get 30-50 per cent discounts when buying two items of Co.op Select, Omo, Ariel, or Clear consumer chemical products under the Super Good Combos programme.
Essential items, detergents, cleaning, personal care and fashion products, and kitchenware carry discounts of up to 50 per cent at Co.opmart and Co.opXtra under their regular programmes.
Saigon Co.op also offers attractive discounts on its online shopping channels at www.cooponline.vn and the Saigon Co.op mobile app, with 65,000 ‘good deals’ such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free and discounts of up to 50 per cent on many brands like Co.op Select, Coca Cola, Lix, MaoBao, and On The Body.
According to Nguyen Ngoc Thang, director of operations at Co.opmart, following the positive results from the consumption stimulus programmes run by the Department of Industry and Trade and in response to the city's year-end shopping promotion programme, Saigon Co.op is organising many practical discount and promotion programmes this year too.
