Construction of phase 2A of the Boustead Industrial Park began in Dong Nai Province on November 16 by Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam).
Phase 1 of the park at the Nhon Trach 2 – Nhon Phu Industrial Park in Nhon Trach District was completed in November 2019 and is fully occupied.
Managed by Boustead and KTG Industrial Management Company, the latest phase will comprise ready-built factories with a total floor area of 38,000sq.m.
Spread over 18.69ha, the Boustead Industrial Park in the Southern Key Economic Zone consists of ready-built factories and build-to-suit industrial facilities and is surrounded by three major ports, two expressways and a future international airport.
The park will bring many benefits to customers in the form of facilities which have been built and managed in accordance to Singapore standards, and reliable one-stop services from front-end consulting to recurring assistance during the tenants’ investment lifecycle.
Speaking at the park’s groundbreaking ceremony, Tran Quang Trung, general director of Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam), said: “Providing the industrial real estate market of Viet Nam with international standard factories and warehouses has been the relentless focus of Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam).
