Fifteen local and foreign companies and two executives were honoured at the Vietnam HR Awards in HCM City on November 22.
The fifth iteration of the award honoured innovative HR strategies that contributed to organisations’ sustainable development.
The awards were given in five categories: Excellence for Employee Wellness, Best HR for Sustainability, Excellence in Organisational Capability Improvement, Excellence in Organisational Development and Design, and Best Talent Management Strategy, besides one category for individual which is Best HR Leader, and two judge’s choice awards.
The winners included Nestle, Prudential, Unilever, Phu Nhuan Jewelry JSC, Generali, Pepsico Foods, and Saint-Gobain.
Trinh Mai Phuong, human resources vice president at Unilever, and Nguyen Ha Trang, human resources director, Pepsico, won the Best HR Leader award.
Deputy Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha said: “Vietnam HR Awards should not be considered merely an HR competition; it also contributes to the improvement of the HR strategy quality in the labour market.”
Tieu Yen Trinh, CEO of Talentnet Corporation and deputy head of the awards organising committee, said: "Vietnam HR Awards 2022 honours sustainable HR strategies in the new normal.
