Malaysian property developer Gamuda Land (HCMC) has recently signed a co-operation agreement with Legend Art and Marvel House International to develop a learning centre specifically for children at the Eaton Park project located in Thủ Đức City of HCM City.
Accordingly, within the framework of the co-operation agreement, Legend Art, an art training programme provider for children, and Marvel House International, a premium early childhood education provider, will expand new learning and education centres for children right inside the Eaton Park project.
Specifically, residents of Eaton Park can experience facilities specifically for children right at the residence such as an international kindergarten, health care center, creative studio, and education centre.
“This co-operation agreement signing is our first step to bring more vibrancy into Eaton Park. We are confident of good demand for the commercial units in the project as we are currently in talks with a variety of businesses to serve our future residents and the premium market demand in this district,” said Teoh Chin Sang, general director of Gamuda Land Vietnam.
Eaton Park is one of the latest projects of the developer from Malaysia expected to be launched in 2026.
Located on Mai Chí Thọ Street, the project is directly adjacent to Thủ Thiêm tunnel, becoming a vital traffic axis connecting the new Thủ Thiêm residential area and the east of HCM City.
Eaton Park, with an area of 3.7 hectares, not only provides about 2,000 quality apartments, but also includes two main areas with six high-class towers from 29 to 39 floors high.
The project is invested and fully integrated with high-end amenities such as a fitness center, spa, green campus, walking park, art square, restaurants, etc.
