Bosch Building Technologies has said it will display its most advanced and latest video surveillance, fire alarm, public address, and voice evacuation products and conference and professional sound systems at the 11th International Security, Fire and Safety Exhibition Conference (Secutech) to be held in Viet Nam from August 16 to 18.
To be organised at the Sai Gon Exhibition and Conference Centre in District 7, HCM City, the 2018 Secutech will attract over 13,000 professionals working in the industry in Viet Nam and Southeast Asia, who will share their technical expertise and explore business opportunities.
Bosch will deliver four 45-minute demonstrations of technologies and integrated solutions for smart transportation and smart buildings.
The highlight of the show will be its Intelligent Video Analysis (IVA) system, the guard-assistant system for video motion detection for indoor and outdoor use.
“Southeast Asia’s rapid urbanisation and economic growth are promising markets for new smart city and building technologies,” Becky Vo, country head (Viet Nam, Cambodia, and Myanmar), Bosch Building Technologies, said.
“In comparison to more mature markets, Southeast Asia is poised to take advantage of the new Internet of Things technologies because they do not have the limitations of existing infrastructure. In Viet Nam, for example, Ha Noi, HCM City and Da Nang only recently joined the ASEAN Smart Cities Network, pushing new smart projects across public sectors including transportation, energy and utilities, construction, healthcare and education.”
Bosch will also participate in the Smart Solution Vietnam on August 17 within the framework of Secutech to present detailed solutions for smart transportation and buildings. — VNS
