BKAV Technology Group opened its first store in Ha Noi on Saturday to distribute its Bphone smartphones and other tech products.

It also offers technical support to clients and creates a space for Bphone fans to share their interests.

Tran Viet Hai, CEO of BKAV Electronics, said, “Our Bphone 3 has received a great welcome from customers in Viet Nam and now in Myanamar. The Bphone community is growing day by day.”

He said besides opening the Bphone Store chain, the company has also set up a new free hotline for customer service at 1800 54 54 48.

BKAV launched at-home customer services in Ha Noi in May, and it would soon be available in HCM City.

The company has been named among the Top 10 Best Service and Top 10 Popular Brand in Viet Nam by the Vietnamese Standards and Consumer Protection Association for several years. – VNS
